Hello there, I will go straight forward, now i'm working on secret third party software development in making Adsense gets a better value for advertiser, and also, for us, publisher , the system will be release in 15-20 days prior to the time I have ( i wish i have more than 24 hours ), clarification is allready receive by Adsense support team, we will be in continuos cooperation with them on the system, our target is to make online advertising with Adsense receive it's higher value for publisher, and advertiser, thus make the web safe for everybody. This project is no way affiliated, endorse, or whatever you can call it by Google, it's third party, note that. I will not show the email sent by Google to me as I've said before, it's top secret. Take a note that this project cost billions, so I dont want to get sued by Google simply by choosing moderators that I dont know about their status, and have a 99% of possibility to fck me up on the support forums, I will evaluate depends on what I read in this forum

Are you talking about US$? If so, not really credible claim. Even US government can't so easily aprove projects worth billions. Even if true, do you want to legaly depend on volunteers?
Taking that at face value, might I recommend that you offer a small fraction of that (say one-millionth of it) to a mod for their services?
activeco : just for a forum, not system, this is worldwide, not US Ajeet : this is just for forum mod, not a system, you may build unlimited amount of income thru this project, allowing mod an access into the system for FREE is worth the price for moding the forum, breaking the wall with Google is one BIG different thing. To mod a forum for 1 million?? Have you seen anyone with that paycheck before ?? We are thinking to pay forum mod once the network grows, thank you.
I see what you are getting at and it definately looks interesting. But you still haven't addressed the initial concern that you spent billions developing this and now you want volunteers to mod it and you have $400 USD for a web server. I am NOT trying to put you down here, just looking for some clarification. With only $400 for a server AND hosting, you would have to flip this thing almost instantly. Its possible (especially if you get people loke Shoe involved), but any venture like this needs some longer term funding to succeed.
tschrock : the idea is worth of billions in the long terms, that's only spare I have for now, as the income grows later on, we will expand on cluster to support the project. Now i'm going back to my work, lots of things to do. Note : I do see that everyone have no idea on what i'm working on. Revealing it can cause me suffered to death, so i will not until everything is ready. Remember the pixel advertising idea ?? The owners make millions in couple months, so revealing it absolutely prove that i'm fool enough to be a human. If you come to be developer, always remember, big company like Google and Yahoo is not a beast, they are company that doing business, fire up your great invention and they will consider allowing you to perform.
