    Google will provide with a list if you enter a search phrase like "free blog hosts". (If you want the url for Google then please submit a formal request to me neatly but lightly written on the dashboard of a new 2008 Aston Martin DB9 and I'll be glad to help );)

    there are many blog providers out on the web ,like Wordpress.com
    blogspot.com, blogeasy.com.....and the list goes on.

    BTW i would advise you to go for Wordpress.com
    Wordpress is quite easy and powerful too!!
