    I'm tired of seeing her in cloths, she needs to get naked already.

    Anyways, I think the rule is that you can't have it next to a picture without a clear border separating the two so that users aren't tricked into thinking that the ad is a link for more pics of her. I do think it's against the TOS to use someone elses copyrighted material to sell the ads. That's not hard to prove with pictures, so make sure you're ok there. As far as it being her in a bikini, I doubt there'd be any issue with since it's not explicit content.

    This is DEFINITELY against the Adsense Progam Policies! You can have women in bikini's sure - but that woman is doing it in a sexual manner, which is a NO NO!

    This is EXTREMELY EXTREMELY EXTREMELY borderlined "DEFINITE NO". I'm not going to give a 100% this is against TOS, but if you don't think this is adult content then there's an obvious problem. You don't need to have "naked" material for it to be considered adult.

    well I guess best way is send them a mail asking about this. Its too risky to put ad in a site like that without directly asking them.
