As you see from my title that I got 2,502 page impressions and only 2 clicks and still another 2 hours to go before the day finishes. I am very much disappointed. Any help in this regard on how to increase my CTR would be greatly appreciated.

Place the ads where it would be more visible to the readers. :) Ad placement is an important factor.

I think we have a good and bad news here.
The good news is that you are getting good traffic to your website the bad news is that you are not converting the traffic into sales.
What you need to do is very simple but require a lot of time.
First thing to do is find you a good template that better suites your content.
I have been to your website, an i think it looks too crowded. You need to find a way to better organize your ads and content it looks like the ads are taking much of the space on your page.
Try to go with smaller banners and ads and position them where the viewer will see on or two at the most every page length and not more than that.
Try to learn more about your visitor, where are them coming from what's bringing them to your website and how much time they are spending in your website.
Make sure you ad google for search to your website. Many webmasters learnt to steal the outgoing traffic from their website and convert it to sale.
What happens is that when someone visits your website and don't find what he is looking for he will try to exit your website to another one using the search bar on your website.
Play with some javascript to give your visitors some life.
May e you can also add a video or two per page and watch people watch videos on your website.
My friend there are a lot of things you can do. the first thing is learn to learn.
    Good luck

I noticed that your ads is totally no relevance with your website...

Try to use google section targeting code....

Perhaps will increase the ads CTR

Thanks rhoula. I am in search of a better template for my site but not finding anything good. I have even placed a google search bar to help visitors but no queries there too. I will add a video now to attract the users and make them stay on my site for long. As my bounce rate is high also its 70%.

Thanks multikm. For your advice. Please let me know more on how can I use Google section targeting ads. Please share with me more.

Thanks Jackie_W. Most of my traffic is from search engines and very little from social bookmarkings and referrer sites.

Please help me more with your knowledge.

Your website doesn't display properly in my firefox 2 and IE6. Also, I don't see a single adsense ad, only google custom search and 3 rectangle ads from axilads.

Better start improving your design and placement, then money will follow.

First, your loading speed is slow.
Second, try something other than std banner size.
Thrid, ads display on the bottom of the photo is not the good choice.

I think you are getting most of your traffic from google images so maybe that is why they are not converting. I owned a celeb gossip site and when I had traffic of about 400 a day I was making about $2 to $5 a day....

Install google analytics and see where ur traffic is coming from.

Another thing...Change your adsense settings to it only displays text ads and not image ads as its in your face and most of the times not relevant.

I recommend taking out some of your Adsense codes, I get the impression that your website is very overcrowded with ads... I would personally just keep the skyscraper in your categories table.

It's all about trial and error though. You will eventually figure out what works best for you

Well only your link ads show relevant sites right now.
Also, maybe you should play with the colors of the link units.

Your Ad placement is not good. You have placed all the ads at the top of the page. When people browse the contents they are more eager to see the contents below than at the top. So, try to place the Ads in between the articles and blend the colors. It will definetly help you out.
