WANTED - Free simple PHP help!

    I am trying to set up a website with a free php gallery script.
    I'm having problems.
    Here is the website www.streetbutts.com
    and here is the script I'm using
    http://www.arwscripts.com/gallery-script-lite.html
    this is not an aff link (IT's A FREE Script!)
    please look at my site and see if yo can tell me what is wrong and if you can fix it - If you can I will send you ftp username and password so you can get into my files. I will be availible on and off all evening so let me know if you have any questions.

    It looks like a folder name issue to me.

    Most likely file permission is set incorrectly. Plus you should posted this in programmin >> php instead of freebies
