    means that the domain was abandoned by the old owner and expired, hence it was dropped by the old owner, so it's been in limbo for the past 6 weeks or more and now it's back on the market - available to register as a normal domain.

    run a who is search and it will tell you the creation date or do a PR check with a site like : http://checkpageranking.com/index.php - which also give you the domain age and a check to see if the PR is forged.
