    No. There is always time for something and anybody who reackons they have "no free time" have poor management skills.

    Well depending on what you declare successful. If you look at the owner of Godaddy he doesn't post on forums but does have an active blog. The same as the owner of HostGator, he has a personal section for himself. You really don't have that much time to be posting and being active on online communties as it does need time. Not everyone is willing to give that up after a long day of hard work. Well execpt if you work for google, they work in a playground!...lol

    How do successful people become successful? By gaining knowledge from different sources and executing that knowledge. And if you gain knowledge, you would give it back. So, I don't really believe that.

    Yes , they are busy, they seldom post on forums.
    They post significant post only. I know some gurus who don't post often.
