    I recently bought this site but my circumstances have changed so I am selling it on!

    The site is DamniDunno.com....great domain name!

    Currently has PR1

    The previous owner had not done much with it for a while, I have spent a short time with some promotion that has started to generate more traffic etc already.

    The Forum has begun to pick up and with a little more effort should do really well.

    Site has a great Unique theme and Logo.

    Will include hosting for 12 months if Bin is met.
    Adsense earnings this month just short of $5 so far, was intending to sell some links but time has been short for me so this has not happened but the potential is there.

    Thanks, i think so too!

    Evaluation is not just based on PR..........!!! When will people learn that life does not revolve around PR!
    Valuation is a little more than just PR... for example.......Design...Content....Potential...etc!

    Maybe you could be tempted this time?:D
