    Thanks for the great info, it mentions WP-Cache, but WP-Super Cache is much better plugin.

    I'm going to have to throw a thanks out on this one as well. While I had heard of most of them #3 is going to be a lifesaver on the design I was going for on one of my blogs that has been around for awhile. I couldn't for the life of me decide what to do about archives and that plug in is the perfect solution. Not quite sure how I had missed it before.

    I have seen a few list like this, but have not heard of some of these plug in's. I will be checking them out to see how well they work.

    Two notes:

    The All in One SEO Pack accomplishes the same goal as plug-in #2, along with numerous other things.

    The goal that plug-in #5 accomplishes can also be done by logging into your WordPress dashboard, clicking settings and making sure that WordPress URL and Blog Address URL both have www in their URL.

    Does wp cache plugins really work? I am having some issues with my CPU exceeded errors from some of the plugins poor SQL statements. I plan to use a cache feature to reduce server PHP load.
