In my recent thread i had asked if people used business cards and some of you do and get pretty good feedback from them. what are some good places to order business cards at? i want a nice durable maybe plastic card at a good price. where do you buy your business cards at?
I've always used vista print for my printed marketing materials. They run great specials. I've gotten thousands of pieces of materials from them and have probably only paid about $80 total because of their freebies. It's good when you want to test out new materials without having to spend a ton.

Whats up elite it's me again from your other thread 1000 biz cards 16pt full color double sided - matte or UV coated for $45 - includes shipping US only.
My memory may be a bit faded but aren't vistaprint the company that offer free cards then signs you up to a monthly subscription. They have a stroy about it on Radio4 (UK) lots of complaints.
I've never heard of that. I special promos in my email but that's it. I've never been sent anything I didn't order and most times I get sent lots of freebies.
What they do for their free cards is use the back of the card for their information. the front is yours and the back is theirs I have never heard of the monthly charges.
I never really thought of going the business card route - but sounds like a good way to drum up some traffic. I have been using this company for about 8 years to print full color flyers with clear coat for night clubs - i never have a problem working with them. And no i dont work for them - i just really never had any problems over 8 years of doing business. Dpgink.com here is an example of their pricing (link shows more): Business Cards Full Color Both Sides / Coating Both Sides 5000 $75.00 hope that helps!
yeah im looking at vista print but i dont see any plastic material kind of cards, do you guys know of any sites with different types of materials for the card?
I've bought several batches off DP user: Easterwolf in the past for my family's cafe. Here's a link to his promo thread: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=173928. Quick turn around, the cards look simply amazing and they really are indestructible. Best of all, they are incredibly affordable. They feel plasticy, not like a credit card though but feel nothing like a business card either. Very smooth and bendable but it's really hard to make a dent/tear in them. It's been awhile since the thread was made and since I last ordered, but drop him an email and see if he's still doing cards. From memory I had contacted him about getting cards done about a year after the thread was made. No drama's.
i just purchased 1000 cards from vistaprint about an hour ago... never used them before but picking my cards out and purchasing them went very good
