I have paid for a VCC yesterday at the site http://www.vccmaker.com/. The payment method is via paypal. I haven't received my product yet. I have mailed and contacted them many times but no reply from them. Please help me out in getting back the money from them and kindly suggest me , where can I get a secured VCC without any problem. You are really stuck between a rock and a hard place here. If you are planning to use the VCC to verify your paypal account then you would put the account into jeopardy. I supposed you can go to your paypal account and raise a dispute and claim non-delivery of product. You do know that VCC to verify your paypal account is like using someone's identity and claiming it is yours.

First thing you do is to go your bank and apply for a credit card. If you cannot get a credit card then don't bother applying for a Paypal account. It is essential that you have a credit card or else you pretty much cannot engage in online purchases.
Try and find out the contact details for the site using whois.. and send an email asking to refund or deliver your VCC.. if not you will be filing a dispute with P.Pal... Depends what country you are in but you may want to use a bank a/c to verify your a/c instead of a VCC.
