First of all .. I dont do illustration .. i only do logos .. my friend does them for my company, and i only submitted what she gave me. She doesnt know bout this contest or any enteries in them. Neither did i peak other enteries, i just came n submitted them, LIke i did many others.
If i wanted to cheat, I would have in most of the contests here .. but i dont!
I have 7 sucessful iTraders and good reputation of creating nice designs ... those designs are truly resembling but not exacts .. n i didnt cheat.
If you guys think i did .. then fine .. But swear to God i didnt ... next its up to the contest holder.

The CH already disqualified you & both the designs (Yours & Lefty's) were put side by side for comparison, Did you miss that post in page 1? Side by side, it's totally obvious that your entry was at least 30%-50% traced from lefty's & then minority tweaked & splashed color on.

At any rate, if you keep that up, you'll start getting negative iTraders. Even If someone else did the work & all you did was post it, it's still your job as the submitter (Contest entrant) to insure that it is not a copy or infringement of anyone else.

All i can say is that I have lost a bit of respect for you, especially after denying it & passing the blame to someone else, even though both images were placed side by side & the evidence is obvious.

By the way .. all u guys saying i copied Lefty .. just wanted to clear some things out.

No1 - Other than the figure of the midget there is nothing which is similar to lefty's
I have pointed out all the differences

See closer n compare if u can.
The hair, eyebrows, eyes, cheeks, teeth, chin, hand, stomach, pants, shoes .. see all of it .. nothing is same!

I agree the similarity is in the roundness of the figures .. other than that nothing is same.
I dunno y u ppl are making such a fuss!

Forgot to mention .. even the nose isnt same!!

 

The pose, way the arms are on the shirt, the legs, the feet, it is 100% a blatant copy lol. You say she didn't look at the other entries before creating that. Well, that is a MASSIVE MASSIVR coincidence.
