Popup opt-in module

    Anyone know where I can find code or a script that will put a nice pop-up (not the blockable kind) on a webpage? I want a method which allows a user to enter an email address and receive a PDF report.

    Just checked in my aweber control panel. One of the options is:
    Pop-over/Hover - Appears to hover within the web page. Usually unblockable.

    Ok.. so it's not a script, but a service which definitely pays for itself :)
