    You're asking these questions when you've just started an SEO blog.
    You're asking for advice on keywords when the second entry is "SEO keyword tips"?

    Which is an inprovement on th first entry which is just gibberish

    Give it up.
    You will never get top ranking, because there are already loads and loads of blogs written by people who actually know about SEO.

    Okay,

    First of all your TITLE tag is really doing you more damage then good. You are keyword stuffing it way to hard, and also if I were to read this in the SERP's there is NO WAY I would click on your site because your title looks way to spammy. I will guarentee you if you were to improve your Title tag to something along the lines of " SEO Pakistan - Information and Tips on Search Engine Optimsation Trends and Fads" (don't copy exactly that, that's just something of the top of my head).

    Secondly, Try using your real name when posting articles.. this instills trust and perhaps authority (depending on the quality of your work), unless your name is John Smith, in that case, Good Job :p

    Next, I would look at formatting my posts, right now it looks like a big bunch of text. It doesn't look aesthetically pleasing and personally I would not continue to read. Make use of perhaps colors/H1 Tags/Strong/Italics and perhaps use some photos to liven up your posts.


    This should keep you busy for now ;)
