    About 99% of the backlinks are a from the footer of bloggeries.com. What if that site changes it's interface and removes the footer? Do you own that site as well? Any guarantee that footer will remain? $15k is a lot of money dependant completely on another site (assuming it's independant).

    Actually, yes I own Bloggeries as well. And yes, I would leave the footer link for let's say no less than 5 years on Bloggeries.

    Also, there should be about 1000 templates and growing with footer links to phpldtemplates.com out there in Internet land.

    Henny done an excellent job. Why use someone else? Well...Believe it or not, life exist outside DP. There are lots of other places that Henny has associations with, that I dont. If it was only for DP, then I could have done it on my own.
