It doesnt make enough sense to me? if you wanna target only one keyword per page than instead of adding other keywords try to frame a sentence with that keyword & add it as your Title Tag. Remember! Title Tage looks more user friendly & search engine Friendly when a logical sentence has been framed instead of directly adding 2-3 long keywords in Title Tag. Cheers!!

Coding plays important role in optimization.neat and clean code help to improve .However H1 tags,alt tags,bold text,anchor text are included in good seo coding.
These tips work but having your keyword in your domain name is not " essential " as someone posted, it does help thou. Are meta tags used by google heavily ? I am not sure either but they are a must.
Thanks for the tips too. They are good but make sure you vary up your keywords to a few per page targeting the important ones. Otherwise, excellent advice
