Can Some one told me how much seo safe as career.
How much we can earn in this field.

It's tough. Only if you're really good, you can make it.

 

I believe that as long as we have websites and search engines we will need SEM professional. The level playing field will change as and when search engines evolve but still be very much there. Search engines are bound to get smarter, but I don't see them acquiring human intelligence in the near future. So in essence they still would use indicators to rank websites and we are ones who would ensure that websites have all of these indicators featured to rank high.

 

In upcoming days internet will be the best source for any product. And sites will be increase then only SEO expert will be able to promote the sites.

 

if u only know seo then its very tough mate nowadays most of the companies look for people who know SEO & PPC both.

even if u looking to do freelance i suggest you to learn about multiple thing like SEO PPC & affiliate marketing too

 

not only seo, seo + PPC + affiliate marketing is future in this career.

some are reporting $200/hour

depends on how much your clients are willing to pay

if you combine it with some other related service (i.e. web design)
then it will be some extra cash in your pocket

 

You already got many replies...SEO is a safe career but you really should have knowledge about the facts and techniques used in SEO..You should be ethical in terms used for promoting any site.

If you are that good enough with seo, why do you want to work on client sites, why not your own ?

 

Really Good Payment. SEO is difficult . So to get high payment anyone must work hard and must have innovative way for SEO

 

the thing in seo is that unless you bring a proven track of records there's no point in even starting...

it's quite of a hard life then, lots of pressure and you have to be strongly results driven.

I recently had an interview for a seo position, fingers crossed

 

I think there are those SEO experts who add SEO to their other services, like web design etc. I'm doing the same. They aren't making money as an SEO expert, just adding to their repertoire.

Can you make good money with SEO. Yes, you have to spend a lot of time reading and working to get ahead. But you can. There are a lot of niches. But as logic denotes, it will get harder and harder. Get in now!
