Yahoo is very slow in indexing new site pages.
Also, suppose you are pinging to google for each page and so, google will crawl that page immediately but yahoo wont.

The language used has no effect on the indexing process.

i have proven this, yahoo is slow in indexing pages.. as well as new blog posts. google will crawl in just about a minute after you post blog entry.

Yahoo has a different algorithm from google but if you build some high
quality backlinks it will definitely speed up the process.

You must be having good number of back links in the first place. Also Yahoo crawlers are lazy they take lot of time to index pages at times. You might find one good day that all your pages got indexed in one shot. That is what happens in Yahoo.
