I am trying to code a new wordpress theme from scratch but the sidebar is not aligning properly.I will give rep to the person who points out the problem. below is screenshot of this theme and problem. Below are index file and style sheet source.
The style file you added only has a body definition so your page layout is missing, you really need some styles for your divs (and I suck at css, so I ain't gonna go there). Have you checked Urbangiraffe's tutorial, a few pages theme building from scratch, exactly what you are doing. Dude is excellent with wordpress.
