Please Review My Ads Placement and is it against google?

Hi guyz i have a website which offers free cell phone contents like themes and applications.

Please review the ads placement and tell me whether its allowed to give away such stuff by adsense ?

I think its a nicely layed out website and the ads are sure to bring in some good revenue.

 

Looks good, a few too many ads up top for my taste but it looks good.

The site is fine and good but for adsense, i think you should 'HIDE' your site or you will got "jealousy person" that will click abuse you ads and finally got banned.
Lot of people get banned from this work in adsense forum and hope you are not, cause they really don't understand what 'adword-advertiser' want.

Anyway, your site has lot of copy content such as with:
- nokiasoftware, gsmhosting, handheld.softpedia, noeman org, and some other site.
(sorry i can't listed detail link of your copy content, cause i'm new member and has no ability to provide site link)

Other thing, your html structure has lot of error and broken. At least 11 error tag and character. (Anyway this is not considered for adsense account get banned but it will make their crawler mis-analyzed about your content, and sometime become bad judgetable for your account standing)


With this lot of copy content (without credited to the owner) your adsense account standing will not make 'long survive' and go to adsense trash at the end.

You can ask to adsense forum with expert member such as danb, spatterbrush, acorn, kakuna, rawhide, casshack, irene851, and much more.
You will got some good advice or critical for your adsense account from them if you want.

I believe as long as the downloaded software is not in any way violation of copyrighted materials, that should be ok.

What i can suggest you is remove the google ads, and 'repair' your site and ask the people to help to check it without google ads.

I hope you can do before get 'pretty warning email' from adsense team.
Trust me, it's lot numbering !

HI..I hope so,
Mostly people will got banned when their account achieve more than to $50 / $80.
If you're not sure with this, i think you should confirm in adsense forum with expert member or AdsensePro member like jennifer or else.
Cause this is one time chance for all publisher, so..I hope you take care your self.

 

actually em not a new publisher its been 12 months to me em using adsense. BTW thnx for ur advice
