    1) Make sure that your ebook offers something "new"
    2) Make sure that it's not too long nor too short
    3) Make sure that the ebook is something that you yourself would want to buy
    4) Make sure that the ebook has numbered pages
    5) Make sure that your ebook explicitly states the rights that come with it (resale rights, MRR etc)

    Yeah, and dont try to sell it like a shopping mall with everything inside it. Try to focus on the niche that have a demand for that kind of ebook. How do we know if there is a demand? Do some research, a good place to start off would be yahoo answers. Find out kind of questions people are looking for and find out the answers as well. Do your research on google as well and find out how much information is there available online. If you find that alot of people is also looking for this kind of answer, then you know you might have a hungry market out there.
