Okay, this is my second viewing in one day of this type scam. Let's take a look for example at this thread: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=1048335 The first guy has 1 itrader. The second guy in the second post has 1 itrader. If you look closely at the itraders, they both traded with one another, and the second member is fairly new. Now, the second member said he bought the service and then posted screenshots of the proof. Then everyone else saw that this service works, so they paid, but they got scammed in the end. Now, what makes me believe that : BOTH MEMBER 1 (first post) AND MEMBER 2 (second post) ARE THE SAME GUY. Do you agree with me?
well yeah, if you look, he responded very quickly to his second acount, 2 minute difference when he was probably on. Obvious scam.
Already have contact the mods about some issue in Traffic section, same shit, new members promoting the same shit, they post review in each other thread and everyone got screw at the end. Another one selling Traffic, he claim to be a member of BHW, i decide to google his BHW username, found out he was a member of DP but was banned, he was selling the same traffic package, too bad even if i pm the mods he still an active member here Or the other thread where member admit the OP paid them to post positive review... Many scam going on right now in the traffic section so be carefull
Thanks for the alerts. Always use the report button if you suspect shilling, fraud, or dupes. We can't be everywhere, and personally I seldom frequent the Traffic forum, so it's up to the members to bring these issues to our attention. As a buyer, always look at itrader (who it's from as well as how much they have), reputation, thread history, and anything else in Google that can help you verify claims. If someone gives you a paypal account, type it in Google--you'll be surprised at the information you can find. For me, search engines can point out other banned members (here, and other forums), warnings about people, websites, scams, and schemes. If you do your research, you can save yourselves a lot of your own money.
It's amazing - if the effort that was put into scamming people was put into building a proper business, everybody would be richer. If you offer something and scam someone, then you'll get no return business when you might have got loads.
Thanks for the info.. pretty much learned again something today.. heads up guys.. scammers will do anything to get some extra $$$$ zrhder
The scams are scary for new members like me. Thanks for the info about googling the paypal account, didnt think about that.
Thank you for posting this. Yea, it's pretty noticeable how he/she keeps replying with each account so quickly.
The fact that he has "How to hack youtube views" in the google bar makes it even MORE obvious its a scam.
I would have never picked that up. Although even if there was traffic it couldn't be delivered that fast unless there were popups, spam urls, redirects or bots.
considering they are all banned, I'm sure they are the same I rarely deal with new users, if so, I do a full background check
In regards to the first post here: Another way to see that it's a SCAM is by looking in the URL. He's blocked out the main URL but at the bottom of the screen you can still see it. He has a "screenshot" obviously fake of this page with 26,807 views. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5OZz-7lybrA As of now, it only has 162 views (as opposed to his fake edit).
These scammers are getting smarter and dumber at the same time! Never thought about checking their paypal account via the search engine. Might try that out next time. Thanks for the tip!
