I am having this problem with Google Adsense : I received an email from them on the 28th of August telling me that they discovered adsense ads displaying on a page with inappropriate content. I checked it and they were right. Tha page in question was one of the pages in our web directory, and somehow 1 adult website passed our filters and was listed in the directory. The thing is that they suspended my account (not deactivated or deleted) and incouraged me to re-read the policy. I can login to my Adsense account, and do anything, but ads are just not showing on my other website (100% policy compliant) I immediately deleted the Google ads displaying on all the webdirectory, and replied to their email, explaining our position. We have been using Adsense for 2 years now and never had problems. My problem is they didn't reply to any of my emails (it's been 1 week since I sent the first email). What should I don? How else could I contact them ?
From their act (not banning you) show that how much they care about you . So take a breath. They may thought that there is no need to reply for your explanation. I hope that the problem will be solved soon.
Yes, I have to echo what these people say. I guess it will not be banned. And your site will show ads soon. Just reply to them and find out once again. Follow up.
Recall that there was a holiday in between which means there may be a backlog of emails for them to go through so that they can catch up. They will also have to review the site to make sure things are okay again (which really shouldn't take too long in and of itself) I wouldn't get too concerned yet.
if you got an email informing you about inappropriate content, then removing that inappropriate content wil ltake care of the issue. usually you dont need to reply back to google, they will know once your site is made compliant. but i would say just wait to hear back form them. it has been a long weekend which could have been the reason for the delay in response
As many have said just sit back and wait for a reply back from them but keep your adsese running on the site just incase they activate it soon. Be happy your not banned from using it
This has made me realise how poor a publisher/customer service google give for adsense. With other advertising firms you recieve personal attention, with google adsense your lucky if they respond to e-mails. I suppose this comes with better rates, so thats maybe why?
I think their policy is to reply to emails within 48 business hours. But I've never heard of anyone confirming that this has ever happened. If I was you, I'd send them an email every 3 working days until I got some kind of response.
did you read the whole email or you need of a interpreter? they disabled ad serving on that site, not suspended your account or anything else. you can still use adsense on your other sites. to get a site unbanned may take a while. that's if you get a warning instead of an instant site banning.they say they'll give you 3 days to fix it. adult content, they don't give warnings.
I had adsense on another website, and the ad serving is suspended on that one too. They are on the same domain though ....
It seems that my website got banned from the program. My account is still active but I can't place ads on my domain, which sux just as much.
YES, Your account was already ban. The email you received is almost the same to those banned publishers due to fraudulent clicks. There's no chance getting your account back.
Is it working in your subdomain? Few months ago I experience some bug occurred in my site, it only shows public ads. I made a backup, deleted and install new wordpress fix the problem. I tried uploading the wordpress old wordpress file and still not having a problem but if I used the old database only publics ads are being displayed. I don't know why.
