seldom or never. I feel it is my pity. But I used to exercise a lot bcoz I have spare time at that time. I am eager I have time to take exercise as before.
I got a pedometer. I make sure I walk around 6/7 miles a day. Keeps me fit and healthy. Working online can make you overweight, so be careful freaks.
I walk for 30 mins while coming back to home from office. Beside that I exercise my fingers a lot, clicking the mouse and keyboard all day.
I ride my bike for 30-60 minutes a day, to and from work and the store, then when time permits I put in a couple hours of karate once or twice a week. I also like to call mowing the lawn exercise, so I put in another 2 hours a week doing that. I'd like to get in more exercise, but I really don't have enough timeif I expect to see my family for more than an hour a day.
i do nothing... sit at my PC for around more than 19 hours.. the remaining 1 hour is for other things and the other 3-4 for sleeping.. but i m hoping 2 hr 3 hr . gym in future... here we dont have teen gym so we have a problem.. but soon i'll be shifting to New Zealand after 3 years..
