With Adsense, is it possible to get cheques for higher than $100, or do they automatically send one out to you every time you hit $100? I've got the option selected as 'Receive Payment Monthly', so will this send me a cheque even if I make less than $100 in that month? Thanks.
You can easily get a cheque for amount greater than $100. It depends on when you want to withdraw the money.

Nope.. They will send payment monthly only if you make more than $100 per month. If you make lesser than $100, it will carry forward to the next months earnings.
u will be paid only if ur balance has 100$ or more. Less than 100$ ac will not be paid until reach the target. And for receiving payments it is necessary that u enter ur pin and tax info. too, there should not be any hold set.
If you put the payment on hold you can accumulate the amount to more than $100 for more than several months, otherwise they will send you a check or WU money transfer each time it hits minimum $100 or more for that month.
Suppose you make $50 in jan, and then make $300 in feb, then you should be expecting a $350 check in march

No you cannot set any limit except $100 but its up to you that when to get your payment after doing $100. However mostly people get their payments instantly soon they reach $100
