hi dear all i wanna know that if i change my blog's title format then will it effect my search ranking or seo. my current format for title is "{site's name} | {post name}" but i want to change it to "{post name} | {site's name}". i am waiting for your responce
There will be no huge effect into your site. Especially if your keywords are constantly ranking high in search results. Anyway, I suggest you put targeted keywords in your title tag. It would really help your site.
I have experimented with this on many blogs, I always simply include my short or long tail keywords in the post title. I also use the free SEO Plugin for Wordpress to further help my cause. I agree that you probably won't notice much difference. Your backlinks affect rankings much more than any onpage seo. It is best to have your keyword appear as close as possible to the start of the title tag. So you might still see some improvement in rankings.

It could effect but little. Either the traffic will increase or decrease but not very huge difference in traffic if the keyword already ranked good in google.
Titles have importance in seo so changing them will give some effects on your rankings. It may increase or decrease depending on what keywords you will include on your blog's title.
changing it is not a big deal! if you are just going to change the format especially when your targeted keywords are in your title.
I second Jeff. Keywords in the post title and place keywords to the left of the tag then blog name. You shouldnt see much difference for your current rankings but hopefully an improvement for future ones. As Jeff says, All In One SEO Pack will help aswell.
sure it will be effective but it title and desc content also needs in your content than it will be more effective.
correct. its one of the main improvements you can make to blogs. post title then blog title. first 3 words of title have greatest SERP weighting. c'mon this is kindergarden stuff.
