when you know that what you (or your helpful friend) did wrong? Doesn't seem right to me..

in any event, a multi-billion dollar corporation might have a few lawyers on their side. I wouldn't expect to get anywhere..

Since there has been warning, better make sure not to have any of "friends" doing the "help job" or it will be bye-bye from google.

Yeah, in which case I would have no grounds to complain if they banned me immediately or a short time after.

To let me continue earning them money for 2 whole months, only to remove the promise of a payout AFTER I've earned them in excess of $100, would at least be considered immoral and not something I think Google would take a chance on.

    I'm sure Google's shaking.

They routinely ban people for no reason, when in your case you have publicly admitted to flagrantly violating their TOS.

Publisher's are a dime a million to them, and they know they can and will replace you without repercussion.

    Just accept your fate.

Just keep that in mind and I'm sure your account will be fine.... nobody likes spam clicks on their ads so do refrain from it and the best thing to do is to let google know if you suspect any thing fishy or odd in your regular traffic rather than wait and watch if they filter it out and warn you or not. :)
