WTS PR3 Myspace Site With Adsense Cheap With Low BIN

    I'm currently in the process of cleaning out some of my sites and am looking to sell my PR3 myspace site www.myspac3layouts.com I had some big plans for this site but haven't had time to work with it the last few months so I would like to sell it to someone that would have time to put into it as it does have potential.

    The template is custom made, nothing real fancy but it does provide a low bounce rate of only 23% which is good for any myspace site. For content the site currently comes with the following and the approximate value based on what I paid for them.

    300+ Myspace Layouts ($200)
    300+ Myspace Graphics ($150)
    Layout Generator ($149)

    For earnings the site only uses adsense which has been positioned not for maximum ctr but user experience.

    For traffic the site has been averaging 100 - 150 visitors per day which leaves a lot of room for growth if someone was to spend a little more time promoting.

    the 100 - 150 visitors you are getting, is that organic traffic from SE's or referring traffic from other sites?
