So far go good. I think the big question is how far do you want to go with your site? If you really want to take it to the next level think about hosting it elsewhere and getting someone to do a unique professional template for you. Great amounts of content. Good job so far!

You are using default templates for the blogs they would look better if
you had a more original template and a professional logo for each blog.
On the WOMENS blog you should change the color of the adsense ad
at the bottom of the page to make it match the theme of your blog.

 

I think you have got some good amount of content. Why don't you put a better looking template to make it even more nice.6/10
