I moved one of my blogs over to my own hosting and wordpress. I imported all of my posts and comments and everything transferred fine. My problem is that all of the old posts in Blogger had the extension .html however Wordpress posts don't have the .html extension. So I'm getting all sorts of errors in Google Webmaster Tools because those .html posts are no longer around. Is there any easy fix for this. We're talking about 100 posts that have been indexed and archived, but won't pull up anymore. Any suggestions? Here's an example. I dont really know of an easy fix, but the easiest fix would be using a redirect plugin. This one works well: http://urbangiraffe.com/plugins/redirection/
Why not just add the html extension? Change your permalinks structure to: /%year%/%monthnum%/%day%/%postname%.html
