    To be honest i have also come along the same path and up until now have tried to compromise cost with quality and some times it is possible. But i have realised if you are doing something that you want to be successful or professional you have to pay that bit extra...
    My current project although is more than i had budgeted and i did have cheaper offers, is run to a more professional run (and a lot less stressful :p ) than previous projects.

    Even though some are willing to work for peanuts, I still think
    quality = money
    most of the time you get what you paid for.

    Agreed i would pay more for a highly skilled and high itrader person compare to newbies.
    Coz i don't like to risk my project fall to unskilled people
    They maybe will spoil my project

    Not necessarily. Not every skilled writer does business in the BST forum, so they wouldn't have a high iTrader.

    I am lost then :

    well that's what mentos said with his high post count and 66 itrader .... thought it was a representation of his high level of skills and the love of posting.

    So you have a few green thingies - what are they ? a display of ones IQ level ?
