What is good as per seo if one wants to add another section in website.
Lets say one have a website on electronic and want to want to add music section. so what is good ?

    1 Creating sub Domain
    Or
2 Adding the section in existing website

I would got for second one.. What you think ?

Seperate the two as much as possible. Different domains would be best, but you can just use your subdomain if you want. Don't bother interlinking the pages, no point.

I disagree about separating them. You already have an existing website with some marketing done. You might as well take advantage of that past marketing, instead of starting fresh with a new site. That will make it easier to rank well for your music related keywords. Plus some of your existing visitors may be interested in both electronics and music.

Id depends if there is a relation between the electronics and the music. Is the site about Ipods? Then keep them on the same site.

In my opinion, a new domain or subdomain is recommended.

Separate domain only if they are completely unrelated. Properly organized sections for each topic (SILO structure) within same domain gives best SEO advantage, subdomain is second option and different domain is worst for SEO.

Yes if they are totally different then it will be better to make separate domain.
And if they are relevant than just add section in existing website.

Exactly, if two unrelated posts - separate domains.
If topic or subtopics, subfolder under folder.

I think creating folder within the site for your blog is the best for link juice. And get benefits from your own domain.

Ok, but if there is no relation between the products there will be a greater SEO benifit with a targeted domain for the unrelated product.

The best thing for that is to have a new domain.
