    hi

i need help here.if anyone willing to it would be great.

    Case Senerio:

I had a blog http://blogminty.blogspot.com.About 90 pages were indexed in Google of it.But later i changed the blog URL to http://tech43.blogspot.com

The redirection option of URLs was not used, but i requested deletion of the earlier links from Google (but 3 urls are still on Google check here:http://www.google.com/search?q=site:blogminty.blogspot.com&hl=en)

    Current Situation:

So,the new blog link http://tech43.blogspot.com is indexed in Google and all the links after the change of the URL are indexed in Google but not the links with the old name are showing !!.

    Problem:

The problem is that,i am waiting for the old URLS to be attached with the new name, but its not happening !!

I checked my webmasters tool.I have found these things:

1.There are no errors in the sitemap (which is good !! )
2.I got this thing, which i don't know what is it have a look:

    URLS RESTRICTED BY ROBOTS.TXT :

    http://tech43.blogspot.com/feedReaderJson
    i don't know what this is !!

    http://tech43.blogspot.com/search/label/Funny Comics
    http://tech43.blogspot.com/search/label/Gadgets
    http://tech43.blogspot.com/search/label/Interesting Stuff
    http://tech43.blogspot.com/search/label/Laptops
    http://tech43.blogspot.com/search/label/MP3 Players
    http://tech43.blogspot.com/search/label/Mobile Phones

Can anyone here tell me whats going on.Will i get the old links indexed in Google with the new URL.

If you did not use a 301 redirect option you will not recieve any value from old pages.

Yes agree. If you have not use 301 redirect method than you will not get benefits of backlinks & Pr from old site.

Hmnnn...something hard to do in blogspot because it's not your own hosting. If that is your own domain and not hosted in blogspot, the value of your old page will be pass to the new one by 301 redirection.

it's difficult to understand the full extent of your problem.

If you still can - enable redirection. But if it's too late then the only thing you can do is contact all those people who previously linked to you and ask them to link to the new site. However, many people don't respond to these requests, in which case the only thing you can do is start from scratch and build more new links.

You also say you requested Google to delete all the links pointing to your old site. Is that right? I'm not sure why you would want to do that, you've lost value that you could have passed on to the new site.

In conclusion, unless you can still redirect. You won't get any link value from the previous site and there's not much you can do other than start from scratch or ask those who linked to you previously to link to the new site.

Other than that, there is nothing you can do.

well,i think you got a little wrong there or should i say you didn't understood it properly.

i am not concerned with the people who were linked to me !! i just want google to do this:

if for example....my previous link was

    blogminty.blogspot.com/technobuzz

now say this link was indexed in google, and i deleted this indexed link !!

i am asking..will google index that earlier link which is now
    tech43.blogspot.com/technobuzz

i am asking this question... !!

Google will index the latest pages and drop the older ones. However a 301 redirect would have still been recommended as this would get your pages indexed quicker and allow you to keep any link juice you had.
