    I have a very niche site, and was wondering if it was worth starting a forum?

    It gets around 10,000UV and 30,000PV per month and is www.poultrypages.com

    I'm sure it would grow slowly fairly organically as i can questions and Photos sent to me ona daily basis

    All good tips in that first post. Forums are hard work to get off the ground. If anyone is interested, we run a quality group post exchange to help forum owners make their boards more active and to encourage further participation. Just Google 'Aardvark Post Exchange' for more details...
