    I have a shopping comparison site & I'd like to know if there are any other Publisher programs (non-product API - shopping.com api) which monetize well & allow arbitrage. Any suggestions?

    to me, adsense is the best, CJ sucks. I tried it for one month, i only earned $6 in CJ.

    I really don't think there is any better better program than adsense at the moment. You can try other programs only if you have not been approved by adsense or been banned by them. else you should go for adsense in the first instance.

    If your site gets decent amount of traffic, look for sponsors related to your niche. I didn't found anything better than Adsense sofar.

    Yes, either go with Adsense or try some affiliates. As said above adsense is still the best one from the PPC programs. However, it still depends on your particular niche... I've been told BitAdvertising is especially good for the travel niche, but since I am pretty happy with adsense and even more with my affl. - never tried it.

    you should search Affiliate before start blog on your niche because if no Affiliate on your nice it may be no earning money.
