    Hi there,

I want to know that how Word Press performs as a affiliate website/blog.

Is there any other best option to make an affiliate site?

    Regards

There's no best option. Depends on the type of traffic you're getting and the content you have on your website. Blogs, forums, Wordpress, simple HTML sites, anything goes.

Wordress is easy and recognized. The key is in the traffic. People make money on all kinds of platforms. I have used six different platforms and it always boils down to traffic.

wordpress has so many plugins that it is in a league of its own. if you update often, then it should be a good platform for affiliate advertising.

Depends how you are promoting the product/service. If your writing articles, and generating traffic from the articles; then a wordpress blog would be good idea. But if your promoting the product/service via PPC; then a blog would be the worst option.

If you are going to use Word Press, you might as well duplicate the content in Blogger (which is owned by Google and gets in the search right away).

Also you might want to create some google alerts so you can see when they pick up your content.

It is easy to create a BAD wordpress blog. It will take you a long long time to turn it into what you want.

There are much quicker and better ways to create an affiliate site, see my sig for one of them!

Depends on how you're promoting it. If by PPC, make a landing page with something like XSitePro or something. If you're going to make review sites or sites with presell content etc. then I'd go for Wordpress as it's easy to add content, has loads of powerful plugins and is SEO-friendly.
