    I'm trying this again.
    It's difficult to sell sites these days.
    This one has been for sale for a while now.
    It is producing an average of $30 / month as Ebay affiliate
    It is www.germanhelmets.info ( nice niche !)
    and listed at
    http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&item=170265238890

    I know that once you reached 3 months of revenue as asking price, it's getting a bit expensive but this niche as some potential. Beside, using some PPC, you may double the sale for few bucks.

    Do you have traffic stats/proof? I'd like to know what terms it ranks for.

    No traffic proof, only the revenue as listed on ebay.
    Yes, it's a BANS.
    I'm selling my sites doing less than $100/month, thake that money and invest it into site doing more than $100/month....

    sold yet? I have a popular German collectors site and use ebay, it's working out well so...and I be interested, how much are you looking to get? Includes domain name, site and include script as well? What script is used?

    I don't use PPC for this one.
    The traffic is 90% from my own free advetising time to time and 10% organic.
    I put an ad or two online, on free stuff sites...

    No, not sold yet. And yes, my BANS are not loading fast today for some reason. See if it's better tomorrow or so.
    It didn't sell on ebay. I tried to ask 3 months of revenue but it was obviously to high.
    I'll try $80 ...

    Would you be willing to provide me with the websites and ads that you have run if I bought the site?

    It would be really nice to know where the traffic is coming from since the site doesn't seem to be indexed. Might be a tough sell for that reason.

    Yes, it might be. I can tell you how I advertise it. It's not a big deal but it's boring to do. So I do it time to time. Few days after, 2-3 days I have decent traffic I guess because I get 1 or 2 little sales here and there...
    Putting an ad everyday will increase the sales I guess, but I have 55 sites of all kind so far and can't handle all of them everyday...

    No, websites do not sell for that much. It's a myth that people spread so they can get more money.
    I buy sites at 1 month revenue or less, make them more productive and try to sell them at 3 month of revenue...10 times is not going to happen unless the buyer is a noob and doesn't do his/her homework...
