I am looking for a full time, long term relationship.

You will have to:
submit to directories
submit articles to article directories
use social networks
comment on niche blogs
sign up at niche forums and use my signatures


I have about 23 Wordpress blogs that I just don't have the time to manage.
You will have to send over a report EVERY DAY.

Communication is very important ( via email and gtalk).

I will set a plan of action every 3 days

Payment:
By paypal only. I will pay a weekly salary of $100.00
In return, I want a minimum of 30 hours a week.

That is slave labor in anyone's language, your not going to find many people putting their hands up for this one sorry mate, but thats stiff.

I know for a reason that in some countries $100.00 a week is above average living.

Not where I am, my mortgage payment alone is 40 times that amount.

The fact that you are referring to 3rd world countries as your source of average living is pathetic.

 

It is not pathetic if you ask me.

I have a budget; for some people ( 3rd world country, like u say), this is good living. I look at it as a 2 way street: it works for me and the employee
