Hi, i have a car classifieds website and i'm having problems indexing the cars urls, i have a dinamic sitemap for cars. I put the sitemap in webmaster tools but i have only 11 cars indexed for 150 cars totaly.
I don't have any erros on sitemaps or else in webmaster tools.

    Any help?

There is nothing you can do for this, google decides the amount of your links to be indexed.

I think those dynamic URLs should be re-written to be more SEO-friendly. Here's an example:

    www.something/category/subcategory/product1/

This way visitors and crawlers alike can find your pages faster.

This method was extremely useful for a client website (e-commerce website), as it's now receiving more than 5 times as much traffic as it did in the previous months. I strongly recommend it. :)

Those URLs will be just fine.
Make sure you have links pointing to the pages you need indexed, both links internally within your site, and externally pointing directly at those pages. An xml sitemap is not enough initially to get a whole site indexed.

Just add a one line unique meta description tag, and if possible, write 50 words of unique content on every page that you want to index. Then you will see lots of those car pages getting indexed :)

you should rewrite the urls to make them look static. So that those pages can be indexed in all search engines easily.
