I think he's saying the mistake is not to add your own personality - but that's a bit of a hostage to fortune - if your personality is argumentative, prejudiced and impatient, it's probably better to keep that to yourself

Yeah! what if I sell a product I know well and people don't want. I would say rather to sell a product which I know about much, It is a good Idea to sell what people want. So I prefer this one for me, and works for me.
