Do you really need the "Donate" link twice in the navigation bar? Later on as your site grows , you will learn that that you should have been using the built in VBulletin paid subscriptions instead of those "add on" donation modifications. With the built in payment processing, you can tie it in with usergroups and paid subscriptions. If you add a VIP or premium membership later on, its going to be a lot easier if you are already using the built in paid subscriptions. It also looks like you have too many sections in the Mincie section. Do you really need a rules, Feedback/Comments, suggestions and help section? Those last three can be combined into one section.
topics of ur site are quiet interesting. add some usefull post in all topics so it can attract visitors else ur site is perfrect

thats the hardest thing is trying to get new members and actually have them post and be active in the forum.
