Safest way to buy a domain?

I am thinking of buying a domain name from someone.

What is the safest way to transfer the money and then receive the domain name? I don't want to get screwed...I'm probably going to be paying about $600 (it's a good deal).

    I only have Paypal.

    Thanks

    Hi,

You can use an ESCROW service. Basically, you transfer the money to an ESCROW account and when you receive ownership of the domain the money will be released to the seller. This way both parties interests are secure.

Use some brokerage or escrow service cause otherwise there are many chance that you can be ripped off ,better be safe than sorry.

You can use your PayPal account to fund ESCROW.
Do use an escrow service since the amount is fairly substantial.

You can try escrow.com, an excellent service many use. I recommend you do not go for an external registrar transfer if possible, but instead go with an internal transfer of the domain to your account with the registrar.
