Amazing Result in Google SERP

Hi,
I found a website in google SERP at 12 rank.
What the amazing thing is that google used second row for the title tag in SERP.

Is that possible that google use second row for title tag in SERP.

Check the attachment for proof. a check check for second record title tag.

 

Try using external image hosts as the attached image never works for many of us here

 

I'm not sure what you mean? - I looked at the source for that page and the title tag is <title>Cheap laptop price tags can mislead users </title>

 

I means to say google use ...... in serp if your title char limit exeeds and never use second like in SERP. for title tag.

The title of the website is 70 characters long so it is perfectly alright or normal. What did you find strange with it.

The title is in two lines in google SERP. it doesn't happens normally.

 

That is classic example of nice optimization of the keywords in title tags and provide matching content.

 

I've already seen one before but I forgot to ask what is it really and how it happened?
