    Welcome to the club! :)

I have had a few of those myself. If you could post the URL, we might be able to give some possibilities for the deindexing. Google has been acting a little strange lately, though.

Matt Cutt's indexing timeline may give you some helpful information.

I checked out the article. I wonder how they determine

"Examples that might cause that include excessive reciprocal links"

I have heard a general rule of no more than 5% of you total links should be reciprocal. Not sure how accurate that statement is. Anyone have any thoughts on this?

You may not have enough links or none that are good. I am assuming when you do a search for mydomain.com your site does not come up. Am I correct?
If you do not have any links to your site this will happen.

If you want to get indexed and spidered fast first try and get some quality relative links to your site and then create tons of quality content for your site. Google loves content.
    Good luck!

if its a very new site, it could be due to the sandbox effect. Google displays a new site in its index, and then the site completely dissapers for a few months, or unless the sandbox is removed.
