Need template converted for use with emails

Hi I need someone to convert this template so I can use it as my newsletter in emails:

You may make slight changes to the template if you wish, as long as it keeps the same general style.

I dont think there is much needed for you to use it in emails.
Just make sure that the images are online and available when the receipent wants to view the images.

Other than that keep everything on file, css should be in <style> tags within that email.

The template shows a 404 message.

 

Yeh now its 404, maybe he removed it. I saw it yesterday, it was there.
