You can use your Web Browser to play those files [if you have flash player installed on ur browser] BTW GOOGLE IS YOUR FRIEND
You do not need any other player to play it. simply download the file and right click and you would see an option to play( from the various options ) with and select Firefox and you can watch the video.
its not working, it just gives me IE option, though i got FF too it opens a new window when i choose IE, which reads : File Type: MacroMedia Flash File Extension: .swf Description: This document contains an image or animation. Ok do this Right click on the file... Go to Properties.... You'll Opens With: [I think it shld be Unknown Application] Click Change.... on the new box click Browse give the path to your Firefox.exe [Usually in C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\Firefox.exe click Ok and Apply it I cant make it easier than this This should work for sure
