There should be few $x,xxx,xxx, I guess. $xx,xxx,xxx would be like companies, I am not sure if individuals can make that much profit. In any case, those who earn that much are unlikely to reveal!

 

are you even making anything online, usually noobs like you that post these pointless threads arent. to answer your question, i do think a few people are making millions+.
