How would you spend it? Minus Domain Registration - Hosting.
I am looking to launch my site off the ground and I am aiming for $1 a day. How would the $100 be best spent for a blog? Thanks

yep buy backlinks. Make sure you check out which places you are buying to make sure the PR is real and that it is DoFollow. Also if you can don't buy the backlinks from directories but from relevant websites in your niche. Directories do not do much for your website unless it is based around the internet or directories.

    Hi Voodoobear,:)

Definitely the best spent is to buy quality backlinks. On this way you can accelerate the observation of your business. Is worth it's price.

    Many successes,:)

Go for Huge directory submission service, social bookmarking and hire a quality and cheap article writer,
and get 50-60 articles done and then launch ur blog with Boom.
    Good luck :)

Depends on the site. If it was a tutorial site, for example, it would probably be wiser to buy some unique content. If its good enough content, it'll get you many more permanent back links than you can ever buy with the same money.

Get Peter Drew's BruteForceSeo as soon as it comes out (in the next couple of weeks) for $1 trial. Get some articles ready, like 6 - 10 and run them through the software. You'll get your SE rankings if you've done your homework on your keywords and you'll be on your way. You can pm me if you want more details. I've been beta testing it and it's awesome.

Read Google help files and never buy backlinks. Why, is it so hard to understand that, eh? Do you really need to learn from your own mistakes?

You don't need $100 to promote a blog. Write good content, do article marketing and exchange blogroll links.

I'de use it to buy Domains, I'm trying to earn traffic to my site without paying any for links. However, this could be the reason I don't get much traffic :(

    Dollar a day?

Go buy some booze and get some friends around, do some stupid stuff on a camera, targeted to something pumping in google trends for a few days straight, but not something likely to fade fast, write a keyword rich description, wrap it in adsense, all on a single landing page of HTML on some free but decent host and start circulating it in a clever way on myspace that makes all the users fear that a kitten will be killed or that emo will be deleted from existence by cosmic rays unless they repost this awesome video of a bunch of drunk people.

Do not make the link an html embedded link in your kitten protection bulletin. Make them paste it in.

I hear palin is a popular search term ^^

Seems really sarcastic, but for a goal of 1 dollar a day, I just saved most of your money, got you drunk, gave the memories secured on digital film, and definitely got you more than one dollar a day.

Once adsense limit is reached, add offers and affiliate banners and stuff around those like the ones you see myspace running - those will work, that's why they run them on myspace.

Sure, you are profiting, but you are providing value through drunken entertainment, and letting people save kittens. ^^

If you do this correctly, you'll get a lump sum over a few days, and it will fluctuate from there depending on if the myspace users keep it alive or if it comes back to life or if you and your friends re-inject it to the bulletin pool. Either way, it's going to be able to be monthly looked at like "yea, I made an average of over 1 dollar a day this month" even if day 1-5 was 50 bucks and then you had a rollercoaster up to your check

It's not spam. It's not hacks. It's not anything but sharing a good time - living your life - and sharing it, and you happen to have ads supporting it. After all, it took time, didn't it? It's not clickbank links and xss sploits, it's social leveraging...

Now, if you still do your full idea for a totally active website, you also have a new viral way of promoting it that is free and reaps ^^

That's a pretty genius idea, I bet you could sell it in an E-Book.

When I had my first adsense account I posted a link on Myspace that said if you did not go to my site and click the ad your Myspace account would be taken off. Though thi was a complete breach of Google TOS, and my Google Account did eventually get banned before payment I earned $500 in a one week. This just goes to show how powerful Myspace and other Social Networks can be.

yea, i was just thinking that lol. I'm sure it's already been in one. I'd like to try it out once I get my new camera. should be loads of fun, but definitely won't outdo the things I currently rely on, for sure. :)

lol you told people to click your ads? see, you gotta completely disregard the ads, push the content. If only you'd tied a video to it ;)
