I have an auto-blog all of the post here are not unique ..!! My question is - IT is safe to have backlinks from this kind of websites? Or they are still worthy links? Since we do have the same niche

He may or may not be,

Still if you like the content which has been posted by other bloggers, you can placed the post link and place 3 or 4 lines about the post on your blogs, and if you are a good seo or a content writer you may think about the same and can write on it.

    But Don't Copy Others Work.

I don't think links from this site would hurt at all. If 100% of the content is copied, the pages likely wouldn't get indexed and the links wouldn't count (in Google anyway). You would be better off getting links from a site with unique content though.

You should always post high quality content that attract links from other websites. I mean that's only common sense wouldn't you think?

In the short term it might work. These backlinks will be considered middle quality I suppose.
In the long term the duplicated content site will be de-indexed and thus no more backlinks.

there is a solution to the duplicate content problem you have which is use a content wrangling system (not that jetspining nonsense proper content wrangling which rewrites like a human editor would). works a treat!

That's a very simplistic and erroneous statement.

Google understands that duplicate content exists legitimately on the web. In most cases it's very good at determining and crediting the original source.

Of course duplicate content can become a big problem if it occurs on a large scale, but most of the time it's nothing to worry about.

It won't harm your site, but I dont think it will help either because the duplicate content won't get indexed

That's totally different. Duplicate content will not get indexed by the search engines.
