Hi - I'm just in the process of reviewing our company branding and have come up with the designs below. Your feedback on colours, usage (signage, website, emails, letterheads etc) would be most welcome CW
I like No.3 as my logo of choice. Branding-wise, I would personally blend No.3 and No.4 -- the lettering and positioning of No.3, with the little squiggly thing of No.4 (having a little more work done on the squiggly thing to make it more defined and introducing another colour or three so that each arm of the squiggly thing is a different colour)
#3, reinforces the brand and plays down the product, but the envelope helps build that up again. Not too loud, i like the white background. stick with the envelope and don't go with the squiggly thing IMHO if not that, then 7
oh, a new selection while I was posting. I like #9 some of them are getting a bit close to a brand we have down here which isn't cavalier. obviously you know your competitors, so stay away from anything which may confuse the buyer.
Thanks for everyone's replies - very constructive and there seems to be some general concensus for #3. My personal preference had been #8 but there has been no comment on it negatively or positively. I felt that the envelope on the red background was almost a logo or brand in itself and potentially could be used by itself as well? Your thoughts? CW
Thought it might be useful for you to see what we currently have: I know ....eeeuuuggghh! and With your comments, and other on board, I've narrowed it down to 3 (two variations of #3 - moved the mailing text down so it does not overlap) Our requirements for the logo will include: Website Letterheads Invoices Business Cards 5 x 4 metre exterior signs Banner exhibition stands Email ...more? To that end I've mocked up some business cards (below) and letterheads. It's interesting that logos have several very different mediums to appear on and some work better than other on print, some better on screen (website), others for signage. CW
You're obviously not sold on #3, are you? If you narrow it down to exclude #3, then I'd have to go for #7. btw, no offence, but your current logo is accurately described.
OK, look at the 2nd line of business cards - someone else mentioned the same thing so I've done a version where I've moved mailing down. Does it work better? CW
Works better, yes. Why are you floating the graphic to the right? I would like to see some versions with it left and also centered.
